Do you have a custom front cover setup and need to mock up a belt setup? Do you have a 12V or Early 24V and want to delete your fan pulley assembly? Here you can pick and choose the pulley's you need.
Three choices on pulley assemblies:
- Smooth no flange; M10 bolt, washer, stainless spacer and lock nut. Meant for the M10 through hole on a Common Rail timing housing. See pictures for reference
- Smooth w/ flange; M8 bolt, lock washer and stainless spacer. Meant for any M8 threaded hole on the front of the engine block or front of cylinder head. See pictures for reference.
- Ribbed (8) w/ flange; M8 bolt, lock washer and stainless spacer. Meant for any M8 threaded hole on the front of the engine block or front of cylinder head.
*NOTE: WE CANNOT FIGURE OUT BELT LENGTHS FOR YOU!*
TYPICALLY YOU WANT TO:
1. START WITH A LONGER BELT
2. ROUTE IT
3. TENSION THE TENSIONER ALMOST TO MAX
4. PINCH THE BELT AT A PULLEY
5. MARK THE PINCH WITH A SHARPIE
6. REMOVE BELT AND MEASURE THE SLACK OF YOUR MARKS
7. SUBTRACT THAT LENGTH FROM FULL BELT LENGTH
